Stage 1: Establishing Identity in Christ

Focus: Who you are, not what you’ve done

Healing begins when identity is settled. This stage anchors you in what God says about you, separating your worth from your wounds, failures, or performance.

  • Shame loses its power when identity is rooted in truth

Scripture Focus:

Ephesians 1:3–7; 2 Corinthians 5:17; Romans 8:14–17

Fruit: Confidence, security, freedom from shame

Stage 2: Renewing the Mind

Focus: Aligning thoughts with God’s truth

Renewal is the daily practice of bringing thoughts, memories, and beliefs into obedience to Christ. This stage teaches awareness, discernment, and intentional alignment with truth.

Key Emphasis:

  • Recognizing and replacing lies

  • Developing healthy thought patterns

  • Learning to respond, not react

Scripture Focus:

Romans 12:2; Philippians 4:8; 2 Corinthians 10:5

Fruit: Peace, clarity, emotional stability

Discipleship is not about perfection or performance; it is about transformation. This pathway offers a simple framework to help you continue walking out the healing, freedom, and identity God has begun establishing in you. The stages are not rigid or linear. You may revisit them as God continues to heal, renew, and mature you over time.

"As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in him: rooted and built up in him, and established in the faith." (Colossians 2:6–7, KJV)

Stage 3: Healing and Freedom

Focus: Confronting wounds and walking in forgiveness

Healing flows where truth and grace meet. This stage invites God into places of pain, trauma, and unresolved hurt, allowing restoration to take place.

Key Emphasis:

  • Forgiveness and repentance

  • Breaking unhealthy cycles

  • Receiving God’s healing presence

Scripture Focus:

Psalm 147:3; Luke 4:18; Ephesians 4:31–32

Fruit: Freedom, restoration, emotional wholeness
