About Pastor Roxene Barrett

Helping individuals discover their identity in Christ, experience healing, and walk in their God-given purpose.

Roxene Dunn Barrett is a pastor, author, and teacher with a clear and focused assignment: restoring identity and awakening purpose in the lives of those who have been wounded, overlooked, or made to feel forgotten.

As the founder of A Light of Hope Christian Network, Light of Hope Community Center, and the publisher of Light of Hope Publishing, Roxene is committed to equipping individuals through biblical teaching, discipleship, and practical life application. She serves as Pastor of Solomon’s House A Light of Hope in North Carolina, where her leadership is centered on spiritual growth, healing, and transformation.

Roxene holds a Bachelor of Theology from Christian Life School of Theology and a Master of Education from East Carolina University. Her unique combination of theological depth and educational training allows her to communicate biblical truth with clarity, structure, and real-life application.

Her ministry is deeply rooted in her personal journey of healing and restoration. Having experienced the reality of being wounded and restored by the grace of God, she now carries a strong burden to reach those who feel broken, unseen, or stuck. Her message is consistent and clear: you are not beyond restoration, and your life still carries purpose.

Through books, teachings, leadership training, and discipleship programs, Roxene helps individuals renew their minds, strengthen their faith, and walk in the authority and identity that belongs to them in Christ.

Personal Mission Statement

My mission is to restore identity, awaken purpose, and lead individuals into wholeness through the truth of God’s Word. I am called to reach those who feel wounded, overlooked, rejected, or forgotten, and to guide them through a process of healing that renews the mind, strengthens faith, and establishes them in their true identity in Christ. Through teaching, discipleship, writing, and leadership development, I am committed to equipping believers to walk in spiritual authority, emotional wholeness, and purposeful living.

Personal Vision Statement

My vision is to build a Christ-centered movement that produces whole, mature, and spiritually grounded believers who understand who they are, walk confidently in their God-given identity, and impact others through transformed lives. This vision will be carried out through a growing network of discipleship programs, leadership training, published resources, and community outreach that extends beyond one location and reaches lives across generations.
